150 National Employers Seek To Fill 500 Perfect Jobs at FAU Career Fair on Feb 10, 2015.

FAU Career and Technical Fairs are held each year in fall and spring. Companies, representing technical, non-technical, retail, non-profit, accounting and other academic fields attend each Career Fair. There are generally many representatives and more than 1000 students attending each event. The Career Fair is held in the FAU Arena, Boca Campus. In addition, throughout the year targeted industry job fairs may also be offered.

FAU Career Fair connects thousands of candidates with employers to experience the perfect job interview. Job applicants participate in 15-minute interviews to happen throughout the day of the event with local and national recruiters.

Participating companies include American Van Lines, Target, Department of Veterans Affairs, Northwestern Mutual, Enterprise, Geico, etc.

At the all-day event, students receive information about employment opportunities from experts representing their companies, and get to attend free workshops covering multiple topics such as resume writing, job interview techniques, how-to search for jobs, interview clothing do’s and don’ts, fast track educational opportunities and many more.
