The truth is that you no longer have to rely on bad companies to help you get on your way. Too expensive
When it comes to money, moving companies can often be pretty high up there. Some of them can charge astronomical rates for services that don’t justify it. Some will come over to do estimates and the rates are incredibly high.
Took too Long
If the moving company is taking too long, this is not a good sign either. Companies that over promise and under deliver when it comes to delivery times get a lot of complaints against them. There are few things worse then thinking you are getting your things on a certain day and then they don’t come in until several hour later.
No Customer Service
When you are in the process of moving, you want to have peace of mind and get the feeling that you are in good hands. If the person on the other line is not helpful or comforting, this makes for a forgettable experience and you will most likely never use them again. The people answering the phones at a company are among the most important people in the whole company.
