Dear Doug:

People are always quick to tell you when you have done something wrong. I believe the opposite should be true. This applies especially to American Van Lines. My experience, during a most difficult time in my life, was easy and smooth when I was moving to Greensboro, NC. The movers and you could not have been nicer or kinder. Every phase of my move was handled professionally and with the greatest of care. I cannot begin to thank you enough. I will use American Van Lines again and I have recommended your company to several of my friends. I will call on you again in six months when I move to New Jersey and in the meantime, I am storing some of my prized possessions at your facility.
