I really wanted to take the time out to show my gratitude to the American Van Lines team. I had such a wonderful experience with your company. I made a lot of changes to my service plan in the beginning, but my moving representative Sarah was so helpful and polite throughout the entire process. I was so nervous about transporting my 150 collectible designer plates, which I’ve been collecting for 30 years. When the movers arrived that morning, they had extra protective wrapping material and said it was specially delivered on Sarah’s behalf – that gesture really warmed my heart. The movers took the time to pack my plates and other furniture so well. Everything was delivered and unpacked as if I had been living in my new home for years.
