I am writing to you to tell you how terrific and professional the move with your company went with Mr. Dennis Lewis. It was the first day that Dennis showed to me that his competence when he assessed the move and ordered another truck for my job. He realized right away that the move could not take place in the truck that had been set up for the job. He make the necessary arrangements; and the next day the job was mastered by him in every way. He paid attention to every detail and personally wrapped many of my valuable antiques. (all of which were delivered to me in New York, in perfect condition)

When the move was delivered to New York, Dennis oversaw each and every man and detail. He was able to make some difficult decisions even though, I admit, I begged him to do some thing that he clearly felt were dangerous fro hi team of men as well as for my furniture. The manpower was willing but Dennis said this was clearly way too risky with possibly making very large furniture go to the second floor thru a balcony. he did give me the necessary information to make sure I would get professional and secure help with the oversized pieces without risk to his men or my things.

He was truly a classy and professional gentlemen who exhibited care and knowledge about every step pf the move for me. He even make certain that my furniture would be delivered after the new carpet was laid in my residence in New York. He had complete control and was well respected and responded well with his team as he orchestrated this difficult move.

It is my pleasure to have had dealt with a man who made this difficult and stressful time in anyone’s life easier and without any problems. Dennis was polite and respectful both of my homes and was able to delver all my things without any damage to my newly painted home in New York.

Dennis was not interested in receiving any financial gratuity for himself and a job “well done” but rather said if I had been pleased with his service: I could write to you. It is truly a honor and a pleasure to have dealt with someone who was so professional and accommodating in every way. You can be sure, that he is certainly an asset to you and your company as a representative. Both the change in the fee and his fine services made the traction one I felt extremely positive about in every way. Although , we had to increase the rate to the one we had been originally quoted prior to the job; I left comfortable that it was well worth it and clearly earned for the piece of mind and fine execution with Mr. Lewis at the helm.

Thank you so much for send me such a fine gentleman to do this moving experience and for making sure, even in today’s world, there are still some top notch people who really care and take pride in their job.

I will definitely recommend your company to any of my friends who may be moving either inrta or out of state. Just so you know, you were not the first moving company that was recommended to me. I am certainly glad I made the switch.
