Mike has such a great personality. He kept it real with us, answered our questions honestly, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel like we were getting some rehearsed sales pitch. The banter was hilarious, and by the end of the conversation we felt like we’d known him forever. Moving from New Jersey to Florida is a big deal for us, and having someone who was knowledgeable, straightforward, funny, and genuinely enjoyable to work with made a huge difference. I had a great experience with American van lines.They helped me move 5 states for the first time and made it very stress free. When I called to book the estimate, the booking agent was very up front about costs so I didn't get charged any hidden fees later. On the day of the move, the team showed up on time and worked with a professional attitude. They took special care to wrap my delicate electronics and antiques and packed them with lots of other things in the truck quickly. They kept me up to date along the way and delivered everything to my new house safe and sound. They even helped put the heaviest pieces of furniture where I wanted them. Ronald and the team were very kind and thoughtful.  They were willing to move us even with a distance to go due to the size of the truck. We were able to partner with them with a pickup truck which made it easier, but they were going to do the move even without it.
