Privacy Policy

  • interact with our customer service, sales, marketing, or support teams;

This Policy applies to all individuals whose personal data we collect in connection with our services, including current, past, and prospective customers. It does not apply to information collected by third parties not under our control, or third-party websites that have their own privacy notices.

If you choose to use the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal, you will only be opted out of online sales or sharing of Personal Information, and will need to turn it on for each browser you use.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA Notice)

This section supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of American Van Lines (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and applies solely to individuals who reside in the State of California. We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), and any terms defined in the CCPA/CPRA have the same meaning when used in this section.

10. Additional Information

  • Children’s Privacy: Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.
  • Third-Party Links: Our Sites may link to other websites. Their policies govern their practices.

11. Google reCAPTCHA

“Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) is implemented on our websites. This service is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).

We use reCAPTCHA on our websites to prevent various types of data processing abuse attempts (e.g. phishing). reCAPTCHA analyzes various information of the respective visitor (e.g. IP address, mouse movements of the user, length of stay on the website). By using reCAPTCHA, data is transferred to Google, which is used to determine whether the visitor is a human being or a (spam) bot.

The data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its web offers against abusive automated spying, against spam as well as protecting third parties against such attacks.
