I had an outstanding experience with American Van Lines, and I especially want to recognize our driver, Edward Utley. Edward went above and beyond to make sure our move stayed on schedule during an extremely tight timeline. We had to have our entire household packed and loaded onto the semi truck in one day because the buyers were moving into our home the very next day. Missing that deadline simply was not an option. Edward kept everything organized, kept the team moving, and made sure all of our household items were carefully packed and loaded by the end of the day. His professionalism, communication, leadership, and work ethic were exceptional. Moving is stressful enough, but knowing Edward was in charge gave us confidence that everything would get done on time—and he delivered. American Van Lines is fortunate to have someone like Edward representing their company.
